The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, understanding their requirements, explaining our modular kitchen products and services, and scheduling appointments for the design team or sales executives.Key Responsibilities:- Make outbound calls to leads generated through marketing campaigns, inquiries, or walk-ins.- Explain modular kitchen offerings, benefits, pricing, and customization options to potential customers.- Understand customer needs and qualify them as potential leads for the design/sales team.- Schedule meetings or site visits with clients for the design consultation team.- Maintain and update customer databases (CRM).- Follow up with leads who have shown interest but haven t yet made a decision.- Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate product/service information.- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls, follow-ups, and appointments.- Collect customer feedback and report market trends to the sales/marketing team.- Coordinate with designers, showroom staff, and sales executives to ensure smooth communication and customer satisfaction.- Requirements: Only Female - Qualification : Should be Graduation- Proven experience as a tele caller, tele sales executive, or customer care representative (experience in home interiors/modular kitchens is a plus).- Excellent verbal communication skills in languages required, e.g., English, Hindi, local language.- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM or lead management tools.- Ability to handle rejections and maintain a positive attitude.Preferred Qualifications:- Prior experience in the interior design, home improvement, or modular kitchen industry.- Multilingual abilities.- Customer service or call center experience.What We Offer: Depend On Interview- Training and development in the modular kitchen domain.- Growth opportunities within the sales or customer relations team.- Supportive and dynamic work environment.Sujit PandeyMob : 9211414204Address : 3rd Floor, D-202, Sector 10, Noida Uttar Pradesh 201301 (ref:updazz.com)
