Role SummaryThe Recruitment & Development Manager (RDM) is responsible for recruiting, developing, and managing a team of Life Insurance Advisors/Agents to achieve business targets. The role focuses on driving sales through a well-trained and motivated advisor team.Key Responsibilities1. Recruitment of Advisors- Identify, source, and recruit potential Life Insurance Advisors through various channels.- Conduct interviews, screening, and onboarding of advisors.- Build a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for the advisor role.2. Training & Development- Provide product training, process training, and sales skills training to advisors.- Ensure advisors are IRDAI-certified and compliant with all regulatory requirements.- Conduct regular training sessions, joint fieldwork, and skill-enhancement meetings.3. Sales & Target Achievement- Drive sales through advisors to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets.- Monitor the performance of advisors and guide them to improve productivity.- Implement sales strategies to increase penetration and business growth.
