Hiring - Softaware Sales Executives / Business Development Executives.Location: Mahape, Navi Mumbai Job Profile:We are seeking an ambitious and dynamic Business Development Executive to assist us in expanding our customer base. You will be the company s face and will be committed to establishing and implementing an effective business growth strategy. Your key objective will be to achieve targets through strengthening client relationships.Prerequisites:Proven experience in selling SaaS, AI, or Automation solutions to clients in the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) sector or similar enterprise domains.CTC:- 5 - 6 LPA (out of which 10% variable) Incentives based on target up to 2 - 3% of target.Relevant Experience:1-3 years in IT software and product sales in banks & financial institutions or similar enterprise domains.Key Responsibilities:- Drive B2B sales for digital transformation solutions, including digital onboarding and automation platforms.- Engage with banks, NBFCs, insurance companies, and fintechs to identify business needs and present suitable technology solutions.- Work closely with internal teams to ensure successful delivery and client satisfaction.Qualifications and Skills:- 1-3 years of successful B2B sales experience in SaaS, AI, or automation domains.- Strong understanding of BFSI technology landscape and enterprise buying processes.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.Apply here (ref:updazz.com)
