Job Description - Corporate Projects Executive (Experienced)Department:Projects / Institutional SalesLocation:As aboveReports To:Manager - Corporate Projects / GM - ProjectsJob Purpose:To identify, develop, and manage corporate and institutional painting projects by liaising with builders, architects, contractors, and facility management companies to drive sales and ensure project completion as per company standards.Key Responsibilities:1. Business Development - Identify and approach corporate clients, builders, and institutions for painting contracts.2. Project Coordination - Coordinate with internal teams for timely project execution and ensure client satisfaction.3. Sales & Revenue - Achieve sales targets and monitor billing, collections, and profitability.4. Client Relationship Management - Build strong long-term business relations with clients.5.
