About the RoleThe Customer Excellence Executive is the bridge between Relai and our home buyers.You will ensure every customer experiences a smooth, transparent, and supportive journey-from onboarding to closing. Your job is to build strong relationships, track customer progress, proactively follow up, and make sure no customer feels stuck at any stage of the process.Key Responsibilities- Own the end-to-end customer journey and ensure timely movement across all stages.- Maintain strong, trust-driven relationships with customers through regular check-ins and follow-ups.- Identify customer issues early, track them, and ensure they are resolved by coordinating with all internal teams (Advisory, Operations, Builder Relations, etc.).- Maintain accurate updates on CRM / tracking tools and ensure customer information is always up to date.- Act as the customer s voice inside Relai and ensure we deliver a delightful experience.- Share insights and recurring customer pain points with leadership to improve processes.- Ensure customers clearly understand the next steps at every stage of the process.Requirements- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.- Ability to multitask and handle multiple customer cases at once.- Problem-solving mindset with a bias for action and follow-through.- Comfortable coordinating with multiple teams and driving accountability.- Prior experience in customer support/customer success is a plus.- Fluency in English, Telugu, and Hindi is a must.- A 2-wheeler and valid license are required.Why Join Relai?Be a key part of creating a frictionless home-buying experience for customers-where your work directly impacts customer satisfaction and trust in Relai.
