Job Description
Job OverviewWe are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales & Operations Intern to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who are eager to learn and contribute to building our inbound GTM engine. The intern will assist in various tasks related to lead management, CRM setup, market research, and building sales assets.Responsibilities :- Assist in managing leads and maintaining the sales pipeline.- Help set up and optimize our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.- Build and develop sales assets to support the sales team.
-Contribute to the setup of processes that enhance operational efficiency.- Participate in customer demos and assist in running pricing analysis.- Leverage new AI tools to gain deeper insights into customer behavior and preferences.- Collaborate with team members to improve overall offerings based on customer feedback and insights.Qualifications :- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.- Experience with lead management and CRM systems.- Strong analytical skills and ability to conduct market research.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).- Familiarity with AI tools and their application in sales and marketing is a plus.- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.Preferred Skills- Lead Management- CRM Setup- Market Research- Sales Asset Development- Process Setup- Analytical Skills- Communication Skills (ref:updazz.com)
