As we expand our operations, we are looking for a dedicated and highly skilled Production Manager to oversee the manufacturing process, ensure efficiency, and lead our production team to meet both quality and production targets.Job Overview:The Sales and Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving the growth and market presence of our lithium Ion battery products in both domestic and international markets. This role combines sales, marketing, and strategic business development to ensure the company s products meet the demands of a rapidly growing and competitive market. The ideal candidate will be an effective communicator, have a deep understanding of energy storage solutions, and be comfortable in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.Key Responsibilities1. Sales Strategy Development & Execution- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies for both existing and new lithium-ion phosphate battery products.- Identify and target key market segments (e.g., automotive, renewable energy, telecommunications, industrial applications).- Set and track sales goals, including volume targets and revenue forecasts.- Design promotional campaigns to drive brand awareness and sales, working closely with the marketing team.- Manage and expand the customer base, focusing on building long-term relationships with key accounts.2. Market Research & Competitive Analysis- Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, new opportunities, and competitor activities in the lithium-ion battery industry.- Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry developments that could impact product offerings.- Provide insights to the product development team to align offerings with market needs.3. Client Relationship Management- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while identifying new business opportunities.- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.- Negotiate and close deals, ensuring optimal terms and customer satisfaction.- Regularly communicate with clients regarding product availability, pricing, delivery schedules, and product enhancements.4. Business Development- Identify strategic business development opportunities, including partnerships, joint ventures, and new distribution channels.- Develop relationships with key industry players, including OEMs, system integrators, and distributors.- Explore international expansion opportunities and represent the company at global industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.5. Sales Pipeline & CRM Management (Remove if we don t have CRM module)- Manage a sales pipeline from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring the company s CRM system is consistently updated.- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and market feedback to drive sales performance and forecasting.6. Collaborative Team Efforts- Work closely with the marketing, product, and technical teams to ensure that customer requirements are met effectively.- Provide feedback on customer expectations, product performance, and market trends to help improve product offerings.- Assist in the development of product training and sales materials for internal teams and external distributors.7. Reporting & Performance Metrics- Regularly report on sales performance, market insights, and business development initiatives to senior management.- Analyze sales metrics and KPIs, offering solutions for underperformance and continuous improvement.8. Financial Management- Assist in the preparation of sales budgets and forecasts.- Monitor financial performance against targets and make adjustments to strategies where necessary to ensure profitability.- Oversee invoicing and collections processes for key accounts.9. Customer Support & After-Sales Service- Ensure smooth post-sale support by coordinating with the customer service team to address technical and operational queries from clients.o Ensure customer satisfaction through efficient order fulfilment, product reliability, and after-sales support.10. Compliance & Industry Standards- Ensure sales strategies comply with regional and international standards, regulations, and industry best practices, especially around environmental and energy efficiency certifications.Required Skills & Qualifications:- Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field (preferably in Electrical, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering).
