As social media marketer you will be responsible for managing and growing the company s presence across various social media platforms. This position is ideal for someone who is creative, digitally savvy, and passionate about building strong online engagement to support the company s growth.Responsibilities in Detail:- Manage and grow our presence across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.).- Plan, create, and schedule engaging content including posts, reels, stories, shorts, and campaigns.- Generate innovative and creative ideas for social media campaigns, videos, posters, and other digital content.- Collaborate with the design and content teams to produce visually appealing creatives.- Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and audience engagement to optimize strategies.- Engage with followers, respond to queries, and build an active online community.- Analyze performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions) and prepare weekly/monthly reports.- Support in running paid ad campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google if required.Requirements:- Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, Twitter).- Basic knowledge of content creation tools (Canva, Photoshop, or video editing tools).- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.- Basic knowledge of SEO, hashtags, and social media analytics is a plus.- Excellent communication and writing skills in English.- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
