Key Responsibilities - Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities in facility management services across various industries.
-Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
-Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor offerings, and potential partnerships.
-Prepare and deliver impactful presentations and proposals tailored to client requirements.

-Demonstrated ability to build, manage, and grow client relationships.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
-Bachelor s degree or Master s degree.
