Eligibility:- Sales experience preferred- MBA fresher candidates also eligible- Graduate in Business/Marketing/Life Sciences or related fieldKey Responsibilities:1. Generate & manage leads and maintain a healthy conversion rate.2. Complete sales cycle: lead generation - contact - demo - sales closure - software training.3. Customer retention & service with strategic approach.4. Provide online demos to customers.5. Answer queries & follow sales scripts.6. Follow company policies & procedures.7. Call active/old customers to encourage repeat purchase.8. Adapt sales pitch based on client behavior & background.9. Work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.Preferred Skills:- Strong English communication- Good negotiation & interpersonal skills- Tech-savvy, confident & result-oriented- Ability to work independently & with team (ref:updazz.com)
