We are looking for a highly skilled and analytical B2B SEO Specialist with strong experience in the IT or SaaS industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing SEO strategies to drive organic traffic, improve online visibility, and generate qualified B2B leads. You will work closely with the marketing, content, web development, and product teams to ensure alignment across digital marketing initiatives.Key Responsibilities1. SEO Strategy & Execution- Develop and execute on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies tailored for B2B audiences.- Conduct keyword research focused on IT services, SaaS solutions, and enterprise technology offerings.- Optimize website architecture, landing pages, metadata, and backlinks to improve search engine rankings.2. Content & Optimization- Collaborate with the content team to create SEO-friendly technical content such as blogs, whitepapers, landing pages, and product pages.- Ensure content aligns with buyer journey stages (awareness, consideration, decision) and industry personas.3. B2B Demand Generation- Support SEO campaigns aligned with lead generation, account-based marketing (ABM), and enterprise outreach strategies.- Optimize SEO for long sales cycles and niche keywords relevant to IT buyers and decision makers (CIO, CTO, IT Directors, Procurement Heads).Required Skills & Qualifications- 3-5 years of proven SEO experience in a B2B and IT environment.- Strong understanding of enterprise SEO, keyword research, competitor analysis, and lead-focused digital strategies.Hands-on experience with SEO tools:- Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Moz, As, Screaming Frog, Yoast, HubSpot SEO, etc.- Understanding of technical concepts for SaaS, cloud computing, DevOps, cybersecurity, enterprise software, or IT services (preferred).- Strong communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.- Knowledge of marketing funnels, buyer personas, and B2B digital workflows.
