Overseas Education Counselor (1-3 Yrs) Hyderabad (B2C/Retail/Channel Sales)

Job Summary:We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Overseas Education Counselor to guide and support students who aspire to study abroad. The role involves providing expert counseling, assisting with university/course selection, application processes, visa guidance, and ensuring a smooth transition for students to their chosen international institution.Key Responsibilities:- Counsel students and parents regarding overseas education opportunities, including course options, universities, career prospects, and admission requirements.- Guide students through the entire application process-university selection, documentation, admission applications, SOPs, and visa procedures.- Stay updated with international education systems, entry requirements, scholarships, and new programs.- Conduct presentations, seminars, and workshops in schools/colleges to promote study abroad opportunities.- Build strong relationships with students, parents, and partner universities.- Maintain accurate student records and follow up to ensure a smooth application journey.- Meet monthly enrollment/admission targets.- Provide post-admission support such as visa counseling, accommodation guidance, and pre-departure briefing.Key Requirements:- Bachelor s/Master s degree (preferably in Education, Counseling, International Relations, or related field).- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in overseas education counseling or student recruitment.- Strong knowledge of international universities, courses, visa processes, and application procedures.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.- Fluency in English (other languages are a plus).What We Offer:- Competitive salary and incentives.- Training and professional development opportunities.- Exposure to global education systems.- Career growth within a leading study-abroad consultancy.
