Executive - Product Development - Agri (2-6 Yrs) Udaipur/Rajasthan (Marketing/PR/Advertising)

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES1. Trial Management (Initiation, Execution, and Reporting)- Identify trial locations/universities and initiate collaborations.- Develop protocols, obtain approvals, and manage trial payments.- Oversee execution through site visits and ensure protocol adherence.- Maintain data records, organize folders, and present trial reports.2. Technical Documentation & Presentation:- Prepare and update accurate technical documents and presentations.- Maintain records of trial observations, treatments, and research findings.3. In-House Trials & Analysis:- Develop and execute in-house trial plans.- Collect and analyze data accurately, preparing technical reports.- Provide insights to support product development and improvement.4. Field Visits & Farmer Meetings:- Attend field visits with the BD team and support farmers technically.- Document key findings and share feedback with the R&D team.5. Research Collaboration & Communication:- Coordinate with stakeholders, universities, and field experts.- Address queries and support trial execution and data collection.- Ensure smooth collaboration with internal and external teams.QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS- M.Sc. (Agronomy) or M.Sc. (Horticulture), related to agriculture research community.- Minimum 2 years of experience, preferably in field operations and field researches as aTechnical Officer, Field Officer, or Field In-Charge.- Experience in conducting agricultural testing and field trialsPREFERRED SKILLS- Strong knowledge of crops, agronomy, and soil science.- Ability to design and execute research trials, including treatment planning anddata collection- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Proficiency in statistical analysis (ANOVA, regression analysis, and other relevantmethods)- Strong analytical and reasoning skills for data interpretation and decision-making.- Proficient in MS Office, particularly Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. and statistical tools (e.g., R,SPSS, or similar)- Experience in handling regulatory and compliance documentation related to trials.- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize trial methodologies for better accuracy- Fieldwork experience, including monitoring crop performance and addressing trialchallenges- Understanding of biostimulants, soil amendments, and sustainable agriculturepractices (preferred) (ref:updazz.com)
