Job Description
- Develop and implement B2B marketing strategies aligned with sales and growth goals.- Track, analyze, and report on key marketing KPIs across digital and social channels (LinkedIn, email, website, paid media).- Run and optimize paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn, etc.) with a focus on conversions and ROI and assist in basic SEO.- Must be skilled in using tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma.
-Familiarity with industrial customer personas (formulators, manufacturers, procurement teams, R&D chemists, etc.)- Strong grasp of digital KPIs (CTR, CPL, bounce rate, impressions, ROAS, etc.) also Some graphic design skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe, or equivalent)- Experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, basic web analytics, and CRM/email marketing tools (ref:updazz.com)
