Job Description
Key Responsibilities:- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the B2B/corporate segment.- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.- Develop a deep understanding of the company s products/services and tailor pitches to meet the specific needs of clients.- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize revenue.- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, customer support) to ensure smooth client onboarding and satisfaction.- Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions using CRM tools.- Attend industry events, networking sessions, and conferences to generate leads and build brand awareness.Key Requirements :- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.- Proven experience (2 years) in corporate or B2B sales.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.- Strong presentation and proposal writing abilities.- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.- Ability to handle rejection and stress in a fast-paced environment.- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho).- Willingness to travel as needed.
