   Project Title       Modeling & Simulation of Packaging Effects on MMIC Die Performance in HTCC-Based RF Package at Microwave Frequencies (S-band to Q-band)

   Fellowship       Rs. 58,000/- per month 20% HRA = Rs. 69,600/- per month.   
   Duration       1 year (extendable for an additional 6 months)   
   Age Limit       Upper age limit is 35 years.   
   Position       Research Associate-I (Postdoctoral Research Fellow) &   
   Essential Qualifications       Ph.D. or equivalent degree with at least one SCI journal paper.
Ph.D. degree holders will be appointed as RA-I (Post-Doctoral position). OR Three (3) years of research/teaching/design & development experience after ME/M.Tech/MSc with at least one research paper in an SCI-indexed journal .   
   Desirable Qualification       Good knowledge of fundamentals in Electromagnetics, RF and ANSYS HFSS/CST Simulator. &
