Executive - Inside Sales/Telecalling - BFS (0-3 Yrs) Pune (Telesales/Inside Sales/BPO)

We are expanding our operations and urgently seeking skilled Telecallers (Females) to join our dynamic team. We specialize into Home Loans, Loan Against Property, Business Loans, Personal Loans, Construction LoansKey Responsibilities: - Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain loan products/services.
-Handle inbound queries and provide accurate information to customers.
-Maintain a high level of customer engagement and satisfaction.
-Record customer details, feedback, and interactions in the system.
-Follow up on leads to achieve daily and monthly targets.
-Coordinate with team members to improve call performance and conversion rates.
-Adhere to company guidelines and ensure quality standards in every call. Requirements: - Age between 20 to 30 years.
-Strong verbal communication skills in Hindi, English, Marathi (additional languages are a plus).
-Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in handling CRM tools.
-Ability to work under pressure and meet daily/weekly targets.
-Good listening skills, patience, and customer-oriented attitude.
