What role you will play in team
The Business Analyst : GS is responsible for development and implementation of processes related to the SIP (Smart Intelligent Platform)/Ariba tool and plays a critical role in supporting the Center of Excellence (CoE) through advanced analytics, performance tracking, and strategic reporting. This role ensures data accuracy across key tools and platforms, drives insights for supplier development, and supports global sourcing initiatives through structured analysis and stakeholder engagement.
The Business Analyst : GS will collaborate across functions to strengthen supplier engagement, monitor key performance metrics, and ensure adherence to internal processes and audit standards. This role is also responsible for managing reporting and KPIs, leading communications initiatives such as the GS newsletter, prioritizing enhancements to the SIP platform, interfacing with GEP for system updates, and serving as the administrator and custodian of platform:related SharePoint sites
What you will do
:Supports the CoE 's advanced analytics by ensuring SIP tool/Ariba can accurately capture and report metrics to feed into CoE KPIs
:Perform quarterly validation and reporting of GS BV metrics, monitor transitions, analyze regional performance, and highlight growth opportunities to relevant stakeholders for strategic planning
:Develop and maintain dashboards and analytics for the GS Matrix, ensuring they are shared with the team on a fortnightly basis.
Supplier Qualification Matrix: Maintain and analyze supplier qualification records using key metrics such as qualification status and assessment progress. Create visual summaries to support management reviews and strategic updates
