Job Title: Bancassurance ManagerExperience Required :- Minimum 2 years of experience in Life Insurance Bancassurance- Total work experience: 4-5 yearsRole Overview:- The Bancassurance Manager will be responsible for driving life insurance sales through bank partners.
-This role involves managing branch relationships, generating business through banking channels, and ensuring consistent achievement of sales targets.Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with bank branch staff to drive life insurance sales.- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective lead management and customer acquisition.- Conduct regular training and motivation sessions for bank staff on life insurance products and sales processes.- Manage customer queries and ensure seamless policy issuance and service support.- Identify new opportunities within bank branches to increase business penetration.- Track branch performance and share regular MIS reports with leadership.- Ensure compliance with regulatory and company guidelines across all sales processes.Eligibility Criteria:- Minimum 2 years of experience in Life Insurance Bancassurance channel- Overall experience: 4-5 years (preferably in BFSI or insurance sales)- Graduation in any stream- Strong communication, relationship management, and negotiation skills- Ability to work under pressure and drive sales performanceKey Skills:- Bancassurance sales- Relationship management- Cross-selling & upselling- Training & branch activation- Customer handlingTarget orientation (ref:updazz.com)
