We are seeking a well-presented, professional, and customer-focused Front Office Executive to manage our front desk operations and provide administrative support to the organization. The role involves handling reception duties, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring a smooth and welcoming office environment.Key Responsibilities- Manage the front desk and greet visitors, clients, and guests professionally.- Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and inquiries; direct them to the appropriate department.- Maintain visitor logs, employee attendance registers, and manage access cards if applicable.- Organize and schedule appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.- Manage courier services, inward and outward letters, parcels, and vendor coordination.- Support HR and Admin in documentation, data entry, and administrative tasks.- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of reception area and ensure readiness for guests.- Assist employees with general office requirements such as ID cards, stationery stock, etc.- Maintain records, filing, and documentation securely and systematically.- Handle office supplies inventory and coordinate with purchase team for requirements.- Support event arrangements, travel coordination, and guest hospitality when required.Skills & Qualifications- Bachelor s Degree / Diploma in any discipline.- Proven experience of 1-3 years as a Front Office Executive / Receptionist / Admin Executive.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), phone systems, and office equipment.- Strong organizational and multitasking ability with attention to detail.- Pleasant personality, customer-centric attitude, and professional presentation.- Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
