Position- Area Sales ManagerExp-2-4 yrs Location- BhubaneswarNotice Period- Immediate Joiner- 15 days Working days/Timing- 5 days Skills- Selling exp. in Pharma products, Pharmaceutical market, Chemists, stockists, key stakeholders, Promotional activities, Relationships with doctorsAbout the Role:We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Area Sales Manager to lead and grow our sales operations in Bhubaneswar, Odisha. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in pharmaceutical product sales and a proven ability to manage territories, build customer relationships, and achieve business targets.Key Responsibilities:- Manage and grow sales for assigned territory within Bhubaneswar and surrounding regions.- Develop and maintain strong relationships with doctors, chemists, stockists, and key stakeholders.- Drive secondary and primary sales to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.- Plan and execute fieldwork, promotional activities, and brand visibility initiatives.- Ensure timely collection of payments and compliance with company policies.- Monitor competitor activities and provide market insights to management.- Conduct regular market audits and submit sales reports as required.- Train, motivate, and support field staff (if applicable).Required Skills & Qualifications:- 2-4 years of experience in pharma product sales (must have field-selling experience).- Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical market in Odisha.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.- Graduate in any discipline; a background in life sciences/pharmacy is an advantage.- Willingness to travel extensively within the territory.
