We are hiring for the Sales Development Representative Position for Our CompanyJob Description: Role- Sales Development RepresentativeExperience required: 0-2 years exp Job Responsibilities:- Research and identify potential leads: ISO consultants, compliance professionals, risk officers, and mid-market business decision-makers- Execute outbound outreach via LinkedIn, email, and calls to generate interest in our SAAS platform- Qualify leads based on their role, interest, and readiness to engage-handoff to the Business & Channel Sales Lead- Maintain clean and updated CRM records with lead details, activities, and outcomes- Collaborate closely with sales and marketing to optimize outreach strategies and messagingJob Experience:- 0-2 years of experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or business development (internships count!)- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Strong interest in SaaS, B2B tech, or compliance industry- Comfortable using tools like LinkedIn, email finders, CRMs (HubSpot, Zoho, or similar)- Curious, coachable, and eager to grow into a full sales role over timeManisha Gawande (ref:updazz.com)
