This role combines talent recruitment, training, performance coaching, and market insight to hit regional targets and maintain best-in-class standards. Key Responsibilities - Create and implement strategies to boost certified advisor sales.
-Source, select, and onboard new advisors who align with our mission for protection-oriented service.
-Deliver comprehensive training-spanning product knowledge, lead generation, objection handling, and client interaction best practices.
-Build and sustain strong partnerships with advisors and internal teams - Analyze market trends, identify growth opportunities, and adapt strategies accordingly.
-Prepare and present quarterly reports and forecasts to senior management.
-Ensure adherence to all regulatory guidelines, compliance standards, and internal policies. Qualifications - Bachelor s degree in any field.
-2 years of field sales - Proven track record of meeting or surpassing sales goals through network-building strategies.
-Strong leadership and coaching skills, with experience in training and motivating teams.
-Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building proficiency.
