Sales Development Role - SaaS (2-5 Yrs) Gurgaon/Gurugram (B2B/Corporate Sales)

- Assess and qualify inbound leads based on predefined criteria.- Engage with prospects via calls, emails, and LinkedIn to understand their needs and pain points.- Conduct initial discovery calls to evaluate lead quality and readiness for the sales team.- Identify key decision-makers and ensure alignment with our SaaS solutions.- Maintain accurate and up-to-date lead records in the CRM (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).- Collaborate closely with Account Executives for seamless lead handover.- Provide feedback to marketing and sales teams to refine lead qualification strategies.- Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to better assess potential customers.What We re Looking For:- 1-3 years of experience in SaaS sales, lead qualification, or a similar role.- Strong ability to assess and qualify leads efficiently.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.- Experience using CRMs like HubSpot, Salesforce, or other sales tools.- Strong analytical mindset to evaluate prospect fit.- Ability to handle objections and guide prospects toward the right solutions.- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and a team player.Required Skills:Excellent Communication Skills, Proficiency with CRM software, Maintain up-to-date lead records in the CRM, Experience in SaaS sales and Lead Qualification, Stay updated on industry trendsJob Stability: No more than two job changes in the last three years.Notice Period: Should not exceed 30 days.Work Timings : 11 AM to 8 PM (ref:updazz.com)
