Job Description
Job Title: Manager - HoReCa SalesLocation: Delhi NCR / BengaluruFunction: Sales (B2B - Foodservice)Reports to:Project Head-Sales Role Objective:To build and scale Superplum s presence across hotels, restaurants, QSRs, and cloud kitchens by driving distribution of branded fresh fruits through high-frequency, quality-assured supply models. Key Responsibilities:- Identify, onboard, and manage key HoReCa clients (e.g., premium restaurants, hotel chains, food aggregators, cloud kitchens)- Design and implement fixed-cycle delivery plans aligned with freshness benchmarks- Customize product offerings (loose, crate, pre-cut formats) based on kitchen and cuisine needs- Negotiate commercial terms including credit cycles, pricing, and contract volumes- Build and manage a weekly order, dispatch, and feedback rhythm using CRM- Track client KPIs: fill rate, repeat orders, freshness score, and wastage %- Collaborate with supply chain, procurement, and quality control teams for service assurance Education & Experience:- Graduate/MBA in Sales, Agri Business, Hospitality, or Foodservice- 5-8 years experience in institutional/B2B/HORECA sales (fresh produce, dairy, frozen, or FMCG)- Strong working relationships with chefs, procurement heads, and operations managers- Proficiency in Excel, CRM, and business development tools Key Skills:- Relationship management & negotiation- Kitchen & menu understanding (SKUs per cuisine)- Commercial agility and freshness discipline- Forecasting and account-based growthOther Requirements :- Willing to work in start-up environment - Requirements to work 6 days a week - Ownership driven individual - lead start to finish - Willing to work on field all days and travel as per business need (ref:updazz.com)
