You will handle outbound digital leads, promote product offerings, and drive store walk-ins through proactive follow-ups.Key Responsibilities:- Make 140 connected outbound calls daily via click-to-call dialer- Maintain 2 hrs 45 mins of effective talk time- Handle fresh & follow-up leads to boost store walk-ins & conversions- Explain product benefits, offers & value propositions confidently- Update CRM with accurate call/lead information- Coordinate with store teams for appointment tracking- Meet daily/weekly/monthly sales targetsRequirements:- Fluent in English any South Indian language (Kannada/Tamil/Telugu/Malayalam)- Strong communication & persuasion skills- Comfortable with high call volume- Experience in retail telesales / walk-in generation preferred (ref:updazz.com)
