Sales Account Executive (Night Shift) What You ll Do- Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualifying, closing, and relationship management- Make 150 outbound cold calls daily to convenience store owners across the U.S.- Educate prospects on SwiftSku s solutions and convert them into customers- Build long-term relationships to generate repeat business and referrals- Meet and consistently exceed sales targets and KPIs- Maintain excellent CRM hygiene and documentation- Participate in product and process experiments, and provide feedback to leadershipRequirements- Must work in-person at the Ahmedabad office- Must be available for night shift (U.S. business hours)- Minimum 3 years of sales closing experience- At least 2 years working with US/Canadian clients- Fluent in Gujarati and Hindi- Excellent verbal & written English communication skills- Highly driven, coachable, adaptable, and resilient- Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas (ref:updazz.com)
