About the Role:We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Area Sales Manager (ASM) to lead our direct sales operations. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in managing sales teams, driving revenue growth, and building strong market presence.Key Responsibilities:- Lead, manage, and motivate direct sales teams in hospitals.- Drive adoption and penetration of Swash Card products in the assigned region.- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market share.- Monitor sales figures, track performance metrics, and analyze market trends.- Ensure effective team training, performance management, and productivity enhancement.- Build strong relationships with key hospital stakeholders and decision-makers.- Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience and service delivery.Required Skills:- 7 to 8 years of experience in direct sales & team management.- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.- Analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making capabilities.- Preferred Industry: Telecom, Retail, FMCG (ref:updazz.com)
