We re enjoying unrivaled success as a formidable disruptor in the paid online search advertising industry.- Job Location - Remote (Anywhere in India)- Shift Timing: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM IST- Experience: 2 YearsJob Description:The Customer Service Agent Refund Specialist is responsible for managing and resolving refund-related inquiries with accuracy, empathy, and professionalism. This role ensures the timely processing of refund requests, investigates discrepancies, and maintains clear communication with customers throughout the process. The specialist will collaborate with internal teams to support smooth refund operations and deliver an exceptional customer experience.Key Responsibilities:Refund Processing & Customer Support:- Handle customer inquiries related to refunds via email, chat, and phone.- Review and validate refund requests according to company policies and guidelines.- Verify customer-submitted documents to confirm refund eligibility.- Ensure accurate, timely, and complete resolution of refund cases.Investigation & Issue Resolution:- Investigate refund disputes, duplicate submissions, and potential fraudulent activities.- Collaborate with internal teams such as Finance and Operations to resolve discrepancies.
