At TE, you ll work alongside passionate architects, engineers, and professionals, delivering homes that people truly fall in love with.Job Description:- Bring new Channel Partners on board and maintain relationships with existing Channel Partners.- Understand customer and business needs to cross-sell and up-sell the Projects.- Coordinate with other company personnel such as the support team and management team to deliver and meet Customer/Channel Partner expectations.- Act as a bridge for communication between the Customers/ Channel Partners and Closing team- Access, clarify and validate Channel Partner needs and performances at regular intervals and maintain a high Channel Partner satisfaction rate- Conduct regular product training for the Channel Partner and their team- Make sure the Leads generated are serviced within the TAT.- Coordinate for the Channel Partner pay-outs post booking- Monthly Market & Competitor Analysis, studying the trends & new developments in the market.Qualifications:- 5 plus years of experience in Channel Sales or vertical, with a focus on the real estate industry.- Strong analytical skills and decision-making.- Knowledge of the Indian real estate market and industry trends- Excellent communication, and collaboration abilities.- Ability to work independently with minimal oversight.- Flexible with travel requirements based on business needs.Note - We are seeking candidates currently based in Mumbai with experience currently working in an in-house real estate firm.
