Agency Manager - Sales - BFSI (1-10 Yrs) Any Location (BFSI Sales)

Experience: Minimum 1-7 yearsCandidate requirements : Candidate should be from the insurance industry with knowledge in Agency channel (first preference).- Develop and implement sales strategies: Create and execute plans to achieve sales goals within the agency channel.
-Manage agency relationships: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with agency partners and key stakeholders.
-Recruit and develop agencies: Identify, recruit, and onboard new agency partners to expand market reach.
-Set and monitor targets: Establish sales targets for agencies and monitor their performance against these goals.
