Associate Manager - Performance Marketing (3-7 Yrs) Mumbai (Online/Digital Marketing)

- Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns (Google, Meta, etc.) focused on lead generation via lead forms (not app installs).- Develop and manage funnel strategies for high-intent lead capture with optimal CAC (Cost per Acquisition).- Run A/B tests on creatives, landing pages, and form flows to maximize conversion rates.
