Job Description
Profile: Influencer Marketing ExecutiveLocation- Lucknow. Education: MBA/Bachelor sExpectations:- Minimum in Sales & Marketing Experience, preferably 6 Years of successful- Marketing & sales-related working experiences in managing Contractors and end consumers.Responsibilities:1. Keeping the Loyalty program competitive with market offerings2. Leading efforts to boost secondary volume and value, contributing to primary growth.3. Taking charge of long-term activities to ensure influencers core drivers are addressed.4. Working on processes and structures to enhance secondary field force productivity and effectiveness.5. Managing the regional engagement team to improve influencer engagement locally.6. Driving micro-market initiatives.7. Designing an annual roadmap for engagement activities at the club level.8. The design of the AOP improves the secondary-to-primary ratio, thereby driving growth.Key Responsibilities:1. Sales & Business Development:- Achieve sales targets and objectives within the assigned territory.- Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand market share.- Establish and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, contractors, and end-users.2. Account Management:- Manage and grow existing accounts by understanding their needs and providing appropriate solutions.- Conduct regular visits to key accounts to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.3. Product Promotion:- Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for clients to highlight the features and benefits of wood coating products.- Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and other promotional events to enhance brand visibility and drive sales.4. Market Analysis:- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify growth opportunities and potential challenges.- Provide feedback to the marketing and product development teams to support the continuous improvement of products and services.5. Reporting & Documentation:- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to the Regional Sales Manager.- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and account details.
