This role involves strategic planning, client relationship management, and overseeing the sales process from lead generation to closing deals.Key ResponsibilitiesSales Strategy & Planning- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve individual and team sales targets.- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new business opportunities.- Forecast sales and prepare periodic performance reports for senior management.- Determine clients needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them.- Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters, ensuring fair and honest dealing.- Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties value.Team Management- Recruit, train, and mentor sales executives to enhance their performance.- Conduct regular performance reviews, provide coaching, and ensure achievement of KPIs.- Organize sales meetings, presentations, and property site visits.Client Relationship Management- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.- Oversee negotiations and ensure successful deal closures.- Handle escalated client issues and ensure high customer satisfaction.Sales Operations- Monitor and optimize the sales process for efficiency and effectiveness.- Coordinate with marketing teams to generate leads and create promotional campaigns.- Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and company policies.Requirements:- Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field (preferred).- Proven experience of more than 5 years as a Sales Manager, Sales Representative, or similar role in the real estate sector (Residential & Commercial Properties)- Strong knowledge of property laws, market trends, and sales techniques.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Strong organizational and time-management skills.- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.- Valid driving license (if applicable).Key Skills:- Real estate sales & marketing- Lead generation & prospecting- Client relationship management- Negotiation & closing skills- Market research & analysis- Presentation & communication (ref:updazz.com)
