Job Description
1. Architect & Builder Relationship Management- Build strong relationships with architects, builders, and consultants.- Drive product specifications in ongoing/upcoming projects.- Present premium bath, lighting & hot water solutions.2. Specification & Project Conversion- Secure product specifications for residential and commercial projects.- Track project pipelines and ensure smooth order closure.- Coordinate with internal teams for pricing, support, and delivery.3. Sales Development & Revenue Growth- Generate new project leads and expand specifier network.- Achieve territory and project sales targets.- Promote premium product portfolios for high-value projects.4. Technical Presentations & Product Education- Conduct presentations for architects and builder teams.- Train stakeholders on product features and installation needs.- Introduce new product launches and solutions.5. Market Insights & Competition Tracking- Track competitor activities and market trends.- Maintain project databases, reports, and specification updates.- Share insights to support strategic planning.
