Job Title: Territory HeadLocation: State Capital (Travel Required)Employment Type: PermanentAbout the Role-The Territory Head will be responsible for driving business growth by expanding partner networks, increasing platform adoption, and identifying potential locations for new branch openings across the assigned region. The role also includes training, developing, and supporting partners and teams to strengthen business performance.Key Responsibilities-- Deep understanding of the state s demographics, including IFAs, CAs, and HNI/UHNI clients.- Build and maintain strong relationships within the financial advisory ecosystem.- Expand partner networks and onboard new platform users across the territory.- Identify, evaluate, and establish branches in potential locations.- Drive regional business targets through partner engagement and field activities.- Train, mentor, and develop partners and internal teams.- Ensure consistent brand presence and business development across the state.Candidate Requirements-- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar state/territory-level role.- Self-motivated, responsible, and strong in persuasion and negotiation.- Excellent communication skills.- Strong team handling and motivation abilities.- MBA, CFP, or equivalent qualification preferred.
