Role OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales Executive responsible for driving occupancy for our PG/Hostel accommodations targeted at blue-collar workers such as delivery executives, warehouse staff, and factory employees. The ideal candidate will have strong field sales experience, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to build on-ground networks.- Role: Field Sales Executive- Location: Gurgaon, Bangalore, and Pune- Experience: 2-5 yearsJob Responsibilities:- Visit warehouses, factories, delivery hubs to promote PG/Hostel accommodation.- Build tie-ups with HR, supervisors, security guards, manpower vendors.- Distribute pamphlets and conduct on-ground marketing.- Show PG rooms to walk-ins and convert leads into bookings.- Maintain daily field visits and achieve occupancy targets.Required Skills:- Experience in blue-collar hiring, field sales, NBFC onboarding, or real estate rentals.- Strong local area knowledge.- Comfortable with daily field travel.- Good communication and negotiation skills.- Ability to deal with delivery boys, warehouse staff, and factory workers.Preferred:- Two-wheeler with valid driving licence.- Experience with worker accommodation sales/PG management (added advantage).- Education: 12th Pass (Graduates preferred) (ref:updazz.com)
