Required Telesales Executive - Jaipur

Job Summary:
We are looking for a friendly and confident Telesales Executive who can talk to sellers over the phone and explain how our company can help them grow their business on online shopping platforms. Your main job will be to call different sellers, understand what they sell, and tell them how our services can help them get more orders on platforms like Meesho, Ajio, JioMart, Amazon, and others. You don t need to be highly technical just good at talking, understanding people, and explaining things clearly. If you enjoy helping people and are comfortable making phone calls, this job is a great fit for you. Key Responsibilities & & & & & & & - Make phone calls to sellers and tell them about our services. & & & & & & & - Explain how we can help them grow their business on platforms like Meesho, Ajio, JioMart, and Amazon. & & & & & & & - Understand what the seller needs and give the right information. & & & & & & & - Convince sellers to work with us and join our services. & & & & & & & - Follow up with sellers who are interested. & & & & & & & - Keep records of calls and seller details properly. & & & & & & & - Achieve daily and monthly calling and conversion targets. Required Skills & Qualifications & & & & & & & - Good speaking and communication skills. & & & & & & & - Ability to convince people. & & & & & & & - Basic knowledge of mobile phones and e-commerce apps. & & & & & & & - Should be confident and motivated. & & & & & & & - Knowledge of platforms like Meesho, Ajio, JioMart, Amazon is a plus. & & & & & & & - Should know Hindi and English (other languages are helpful).
