Customer Service Executive

Job Summary: We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic& Customer Service Executive (Voice Process)& to join our BPO team. This role involves handling inbound and outbound calls to guide prospective students through the admission process, provide program information, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience. If you have excellent communication skills and a passion for helping students, we d love to hear from you! Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to counsel prospective students.
• Provide accurate and engaging information about courses, eligibility, fees, and admission procedures.
• Follow up with leads and inquiries to convert them into successful enrollments.
• Maintain detailed records of interactions and application status in the CRM system.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely processing of applications.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and enrollment targets.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in any discipline (preferred).
• 0 1 years of experience in voice process, tele-counseling, or customer service.
• Excellent verbal communication and listening skills.
• Ability to handle high call volumes with professionalism.
• Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM tools.
• Positive attitude and a student-first approach.
