Job Summary:We are hiring a motivated and strategic Sales Development Manager to lead our client acquisition efforts and drive revenue growth. Roles & Responsibilities:- Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities across target markets.- Track and report on key sales metrics (daily/monthly/quarterly).- Conduct regular market visits, customer meetings, and product presentations.- Lead a team of sales executives/agents and provide coaching for performance improvement.- Maintain excellent post-sales client relationships to promote cross-sell/upsell opportunities.Eligibility Criteria: - Minimum 1 year of sales and marketing experience - Graduation Completion - Required all semester marksheets.
