Role - Field Sales Executive (Bangalore) Looking for energetic professionals with 1-2 years of field sales experience in FMCG / Telecom / Fintech / FnV / Retail / Banking industries. Role DetailsLocation: BangaloreEducation: 10th / 12th passed & aboveExperience: 1-2 Years (Field Sales)Compensation: - 20,000 Fixed - 5,000 VP - 4,000 Petrol AllowanceTotal CTC: - 29,000 per month Job Description You will be responsible for driving sales and margins in assigned categories by understanding customer needs, creating the right assortment mix, and optimizing sources to maximize profitability. Key Responsibilities- Onboarding & managing retail outlets in the assigned area- Building strong customer relationships- Collecting feedback and sharing with relevant teams to improve customer experience- Achieving daily, weekly & monthly sales targets Requirements- Android phone & two- wheeler- Willingness to travel within assigned area - Fluency in Kannada (ref:updazz.com)
