The platform helps B2B businesses move away from disconnected tools and manual workflows by offering an integrated, intelligent system that enables faster selling, better insights, and modern buying experiences.Backed by leading global investors, they are rapidly scaling across North America and are hiring driven Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to support outbound pipeline growth.Role OverviewThey are hiring high-energy SDRs who thrive in outbound environments and enjoy connecting with senior decision-makers. This role focuses on generating new business opportunities within SMB and mid-market wholesale, distribution, and manufacturing companies in North America.Key Responsibilities- Own 100% outbound pipeline generation for new business in the North American market -Research, identify, and qualify high-potential accounts in wholesale, distribution, and manufacturing sectors- Make 100 cold calls per day to initiate meaningful sales conversations- Execute personalized outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn to engage multiple stakeholders (CEOs, Heads of Sales, IT Directors, etc.)- Collaborate with Account Executives to schedule qualified demos and ensure smooth handoffs- Maintain accurate prospect data and activity tracking in CRM tools (HubSpot)- Experiment with new messaging, channels, and outreach strategies to improve conversion ratesQualifications & Skills- 1-3 years of experience in outbound B2B SaaS sales, preferably selling to North American markets- Proven success in cold calling and pipeline generation- Strong communication skills with the ability to confidently engage senior decision-makers - High ownership, resilience, and a self-motivated mindset- Comfortable working in U.S. time zones and collaborating with global teamsCompensation- Best-in-industry compensationLocationBengaluru (ref:updazz.com)
