Required Telesales Executive - Gurgaon

As an Operations Coordinator, you ll ensure the smooth delivery of both online and offline poojas by acting as the bridge between clients, priests, and internal teams. This is an on-ground execution role best suited for someone who thrives on real-world coordination and getting things done. Based in office, the primary role will be to coordinate the bookings for consultations between customers and astrologers.
Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate pooja bookings: align schedules of priests and clients for physical or online rituals.
• Handle logistics like samagri delivery, video call setup (for digital rituals), and client instructions.
• Maintain clear, prompt communication with priests and customers.
• Troubleshoot last-minute reschedules, cancellations, or priest substitutions.

Requirements:

• Strong people skills; fluent in Hindi and conversational English.
• Experience in logistics or operations (hospitality/event/ritual industry a plus).
• Organized, calm under pressure, and able to manage schedules efficiently.
• Proficient with Google Sheets, WhatsApp, and basic tech tools.
• Must be available full-time and work from our office.
