Field Sales/Channel Sales Role - Insurance (3-4 Yrs) Jaipur/Rajasthan/Tonk (BFSI Sales)

Job Responsibilities:- Identify and onboard new channel partners in assigned territory- Maintain strong relationships with existing partners to drive consistent business- Meet and exceed sales targets through channel partners- Conduct product training and motivate agents/advisors to enhance productivity- Monitor and evaluate channel performance and suggest improvements- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines- Conduct regular field visits and generate leads through outdoor activities- Report daily/weekly sales activities to the reporting managerKey Skills:- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to manage fieldwork and travel as required- Proven sales experience, especially in insurance, banking, or FMCG sectors- Self-motivated and target-driven- Good negotiation and convincing skillsPreferred Candidate:- Residing locally in Rajasthan- Having a two-wheeler and willingness to travel- Prior experience in channel or agency sales preferredSalary: As per industry standards Incentives Travel AllowanceContact: Shashi HR - 8460886875 (ref:updazz.com)
