Job Description
An Online Sales Executive drives revenue by finding leads online (social, email, ads), pitching products via digital channels (calls, chat, video), understanding customer needs, negotiating/closing deals, and managing client relationships, collaborating with marketing, using CRM, and tracking KPIs to hit targets. Key responsibilities involve lead generation, virtual demos, contract closing, and post-sale support, focusing on growth through digital platforms. Key Responsibilities- Lead Generation: Prospect and qualify leads from online sources (social media, email, web).- Customer Engagement: Contact prospects via phone, email, or chat to introduce products/services.- Sales & Negotiation: Understand needs, recommend solutions, present demos, negotiate, and close deals.- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business and upselling.- Strategy & Collaboration: Work with marketing on campaigns, provide market feedback, and stay updated on trends.- Performance Tracking: Meet sales targets, use CRM software, and generate reports. Essential Skills & Qualifications- Proven experience in online/digital sales.- Strong verbal & written communication.- Negotiation and closing skills.- Familiarity with online sales tools & CRM.- Self-motivated, adaptable, and goal-oriented.
