Role:& Sales & Marketing Executive / Property Manager (Fresher)
Location:& Colive Properties & Offices Bengaluru
Education:& Any UG / PG (BBA, BCom, BHM, MBA, Hospitality, Marketing and related streams preferred) Key Responsibilities:

• Handle walk ins, calls and leads for Colive properties and convert them to bookings.
• Conduct property visits, explain offerings, and support move ins/move outs.
• Support local marketing activities, campaigns and online listings for properties.
• Maintain good relationships with residents and ensure a smooth stay experience.

Requirements:

• Freshers with strong communication skills and customer handling mindset.
• Interest in sales/field work/property management; two wheeler is an added advantage.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
