Senior Sales Executive - Project Sales Company: Centuryply Wood Department : Sales - Projects Sales Reporting To : Area / Regional Sales Manager Location: [Visag] Role Objective : - To drive project sales and specification business for Centuryply by engaging with architects, builders, developers, contractors, and project consultants, ensuring product approvals, order conversion, and sustained revenue growth. Key Responsibilities : Project & Specification : - Sales Identify and develop upcoming residential, commercial, and institutional projects Ensure Centuryply product specifications and approvals at design and planning stages - Convert approved projects into billing and revenue Achieve assigned sales targets and project KPIs Relationship Management- Build and maintain strong relationships with : -Architects & Interior Designers- Builders & Developers Contractors & PMC consultants - Conduct regular meetings, presentations, and site visits Act as a trusted brand representative for Centuryply Channel & Internal Coordination - Coordinate with dealers, distributors, and channel partners for order execution - Ensure smooth supply, dispatch, and payment follow-ups- Work closely with internal teams-sales support, logistics, finance, and marketing Market Intelligence & Reporting - Monitor competitor products, pricing, and project activity- Maintain project pipeline, MIS reports, and CRM updates - Share market insights and growth opportunities with management - Product Portfolio Plywood & Blockboards MDF & Particle Boards Decorative Veneers & Laminates Doors and allied wood-based products Candidate Profile : Qualification : - Graduate in any discipline (MBA / PGDM preferred) - Experience 3-10 years of relevant experience in project Sales (Architect & Interior Designer meet) - Background in plywood, laminates, MDF, or building materials preferred Skills & Competencies : - Strong networking and relationship-building skills - Sound understanding of the project sales cycle - Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills - Target-oriented with strong follow-up discipline Proficiency in MS Excel and MIS reporting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) :- Project sales revenue achievement - Number of active projects and specifications - Conversion ratio from specification to billing Collection efficiency.Contact- 8779617605 OR mail (ref:updazz.com)
