Sales Executive (Retail) - Building Material (Ceramic) - AgraWhat you ll do- Product mastery: Deep knowledge of our ceramic & related product lines, features & applications.- Relationship building: Cultivate existing & new retail accounts, tailor solutions, close deals.- Sales strategy: Create and execute plans to hit targets, expand market share, and boost territory coverage.- Market intel: Track competitor moves, customer feedback, and market trends.- Reporting: Accurate visit logs, sales activity reports, and performance metrics.Must- haves :- Graduate or Postgraduate (any discipline; MBA a plus).- 1 year sales experience - preferably in retail, building material, ceramic, or related industry.- Strong verbal & interpersonal skills; comfortable engaging diverse customers.- Proven negotiation & closing ability.- Self- motivated, good time- management, can work independently in the field.- Familiarity with Agra market / retail landscape is a big plus.What we offer- Full- time, permanent role.- Pay: - 15,000 - 18,000 per month (based on experience).- In- person work at our Agra store.- Dynamic, growth- focused environment; chance to shape a new brand.
