Job Description
Position: Senior Sales Executive - Project SalesDepartment: Sales - Projects SalesReporting To: Area / Regional Sales ManagerLocation: VisagRole Objective:To drive project sales and specification business for Centuryply by engaging with architects, builders, developers, contractors, and project consultants, ensuring product approvals, order conversion, and sustained revenue growth.Key Responsibilities: Project & Specification Sales:- Identify and develop upcoming residential, commercial, and institutional projects- Ensure Centuryply product specifications and approvals at design and planning stages- Convert approved projects into billing and revenue- Achieve assigned sales targets and project KPIs Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with:- Architects & Interior Designers- Builders & Developers- Contractors & PMC consultants- Conduct regular meetings, presentations, and site visits- Act as a trusted brand representative for Centuryply Channel & Internal Coordination:- Coordinate with dealers, distributors, and channel partners for order execution- Ensure smooth supply, dispatch, and payment follow-ups- Work closely with internal teams-sales support, logistics, finance, and marketing Market Intelligence & Reporting:- Monitor competitor products, pricing, and project activity- Maintain project pipeline, MIS reports, and CRM updates- Share market insights and growth opportunities with managementProduct Portfolio:- Plywood & Blockboards- MDF & Particle Boards- Decorative Veneers & Laminates- Doors and allied wood-based productsCandidate Profile:Qualification:- Graduate in any discipline (MBA / PGDM preferred)Experience:- 3-10 years of relevant experience in project Sales (Architect & Interior Designer meet)Preferred Background:- Background in plywood, laminates, MDF, or building materials preferredSkills & Competencies:- Strong networking and relationship-building skills- Sound understanding of the project sales cycle- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills- Target-oriented with strong follow-up discipline- Proficiency in MS Excel and MIS reportingKey Performance Indicators (KPIs):- Project sales revenue achievement- Number of active projects and specifications- Conversion ratio from specification to billing- Collection efficiency (ref:updazz.com)
