This role primarily involves telesales, where you will engage with potential customers from provided leads, explain GrayQuest s offerings, and convert applications into successful sales.The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, target-focused, and passionate about sales.Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Lead ConversionAchieve the highest possible conversion rates from assigned applicationsMake 150 200 outbound calls daily with quick turnaround timeCustomer Relationship ManagementBuild and maintain strong customer relationships by understanding their needsClearly communicate product features, benefits, and pricingAchieve 90% customer renewal rate from existing GrayQuest customersCross-SellingCross-sell term insurance plansAchieve a minimum of 20 insurance sales per monthCRM & ReportingAccurately track leads, interactions, and sales activities using CRM toolsMaintain timely and detailed documentation of customer interactionsCollaborationWork closely with sales teams and internal departments to improve sales processesShare customer feedback, market insights, and improvement suggestionsQualifications & RequirementsGraduate from any stream6 months to 1 year of experience in inside sales or a related rolePrior insurance sales experience preferredStrong verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environmentGood organizational and time management skillsProficiency with CRM systems and sales toolsMandatory RequirementsPersonal working laptopStable internet connection South Delhi, DL
